Teams in the Indian Premier League place a lot of importance on the bowlers, and this is the reason that, from a squad of 25 players, at least 67-70% of the players have a bowling arsenal in their skillset. The IPL 2026 will see a total of 155 bowlers participating in the tournament. That’s already roughly 60% of the overall squad strength for all 10 teams.
