Lucknow Super Giants have four foreign batters in their side, which is the most by any team in IPL 2025. Aside from strong four foreigners, Aiden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, Nicholas Pooran, and David Miller, LG have Rishabh Pant among their strong batters. The finishers in the side Ayush Badoni and Abdul Samad are potent batters, but they lack experience. Hence, the top 5 will have to majority of the batting.

Gujarat Titans have an inexperienced middle and lower-order, and that can come as a big headache to the management. Aside from the top 3 comprising of Gill, Buttler, and Sudharsan, which is one of the best among all teams, Gujarat Titans have a weak middle-order and lower-order with none of the batters being reliable. Hence, unless the top 3 fire, GT may find it very difficult to cope with the bowling lineup of the competition.
